Terms & Conditions
Any reservation that has been confirmed by us to you, may then require a deposit to guarantee your booking. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, 7 days or less prior to arrival.

Payment for the total amount of your stay will be payable, in euros, upon departure - including any extras.

Accommodation
Rooms at Le Roucou are normally available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. This allows us time to prepare for our arrivals.

We will not be liable for any matters beyond our reasonable control; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any guest should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged prior to the booked period. Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us by you for the booked period. The use of the accommodation, grounds, equipment or other amenities is entirely at your risk and we accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to guests personally, their belongings or vehicles. You are reminded to bring form E 111 (healthcare cover) with you.
